About the Contra Costa Chorale:
Contra Costa Chorale, a non-auditioned choir with a rich community musical history, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic collaborative keyboard artist for our group following the retirement of our much beloved accompanist, Martin Morley. We encourage all interested and qualified candidates to apply. The Chorale is a community choir open to singers of varied ages, backgrounds and musical experience; we are 80 members strong. We are based in Kensington, CA, just north of Berkeley. The Chorale is committed to a high level of performance of sacred and secular music from the
Renaissance through the 21st century. We perform a cappella, with piano, with vocal soloists, and with a variety of instrumental accompaniment. For more about our past concerts, see our website. The Contra Costa Chorale is a financially stable organization that has been active since 1966.
